In his estate administration practice, Kevin advises clients on matters arising after someone has passed away, including but not limited to probate and trust administration.
In his intellectual property practice, using his passion for science and degree in Biology, Kevin advises clients on a wide variety of matters such as trademarks, licenses, and copyrights.

While in law school, Kevin received a CALI award for achieving the highest grade in IP Law: Trademarks & Unfair Competition and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy.
When Kevin is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, dog, and friends.

Sybrena has 40 years of experience in the legal field, which includes the areas of litigation, employment law, real estate law, estate planning, and corporate and business entity law.
Sybrena has 40 years of experience in the legal field, which includes the areas of litigation, employment law, real estate law, estate planning, and corporate and business entity law. For the last 19 years, Sybrena has focused her expertise in the area of corporate law as a corporate paralegal.
Sybrena attended the University of Arizona and received her Associates of General Studies and an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Pima Community College. She is a Certified Paralegal (CP®) with her Advanced Certification (ACP®) in Corporations and Business Entities from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
Sybrena was adjunct instructor with Pima Community College in the Paralegal Program, where she taught the Law of Corporations: And Other Business Entities class for several years. In addition to teaching, she has also stepped up to serve her community and volunteer. Her affiliations include:
Although Sybrena is fully engaged in her career and community, her family is what really grounds her. She has been married to her husband Dean for over 35 years. They have lived in all four corners of the United States of America. She is a proud military spouse, more particularly a Navy Wife. She and her husband have two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica, two amazing sons-in-law, and four – soon to be five – beautiful and awesome grandkids. She appreciates that time is precious and not bankable and makes her family time a priority, which includes cheering on all the grandkids at their sporting events.

Bethany is our estate planning and corporate paralegal. After joining Bossé Rollman PC in 2022, she transitioned into her paralegal role the following year.

She supports the firm’s estate planning and corporate practices, assisting with document preparation, entity formation, client communication, and oversight of ongoing client matters.
Bethany received an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Pima Community College and is a Certified Paralegal (CP®) through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Dedicated to continued personal and professional growth, she is actively pursuing her bachelor’s degree with Arizona State University.
Having returned to the Pacific Northwest, Bethany works remotely and continues to be a dependable member of the team. Beyond her role at the firm, she embraces the best of Pacific Northwest living – exploring local trails, paddleboarding on nearby lakes, and capturing the region’s natural beauty through photography.
